DISCOUNTS
You must enter the discount code prior to processing payment. It cannot be applied after checkout has been completed. We do not offer refunds for the value of the discount code if it has not been applied prior to making payment.
TIMING
We print all artworks to order, using a local fine art printer. Printing takes between 7-10 business days from receiving the order. Once we receive them from printing, they are signed, numbered and dated and then dispatched to you.
PRINT STOCK
All artworks are giclee printed on 300gsm 100% cotton rag stock using archival inks – so they will last for generations.
EDITIONS
All artworks are limited edition prints (50 per image) and are signed dated and numbered.
FRAMING
All artworks are unframed, but we can arrange framing for you if needed.
SHIPPING
We offer free postage using Australia using Australia Post. When artworks are dispatched, we will advise you via email and provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery timeframe. If you would like express post (next day delivery), please contact us on info@floragraphica.com.au.
At this stage, we do not offer International shipping.
Free postage within Australia on average takes between 3 and 5 business days, though some states (WA, SA, NT) may take longer (between 3 and 10 business days). Floragraphica will not be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
REFUNDS
We offer a 100% quality satisfaction guarantee. If the artwork arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of the product, we will offer a full refund up to five (5) days after receipt of the artwork. Please contact us to discuss within this timeframe – after this time, we will not offer any refunds. If you are claiming a refund due to damage, we will require photographic verification.
We do not offer a refund for damage caused to the artwork during the opening of the package or any handling after delivery occurs (including damaged in mailboxes).
Unfortunately, do not refund for change of mind or incorrect choice of image or size. We suggest you ensure you have assessed the place you plan on hanging and confirmed your choice prior to placing your order.
For a refund to be processed, you need to contact us (info@floragraphica.com.au) within 5 days of receiving your artwork requesting the refund, and return the item to us in a timely manner. Only after the item is received by us will the refund be processed.
We will offer instructions for return postage once you make contact with us, but please note that the item is your responsibility until it is received by us.

Once we receive your information, we endeavour to ensure its security on our system.
